The beach is open from May 1st through October 31st, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and the rules are pretty straightforward: Dogs are allowed on leash during this time period, but those leashes must be six feet or shorter, so that they don’t interfere with other beachgoers’ enjoyment.
